8 cups Spring Water
5 Thin Slices of Ginger, peeled
1 Medium Thinly-Sliced Cucumber
1 Medium Lemon, sliced thin
12 Spearmint Leaves
Ice
Makes 8 cups
Mix all ingredients together into a large pitcher. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse the water. Strain and serve over ice. Drink within 4 days.
